What is Go Play!?
Go Play! is a rewards program that helps U.S. schools with any grades from K-8 earn points that can be redeemed
for fitness and sports gear or transportation costs for hands-on educational field trips (trips not available in Hawaii).
By collecting labels from Nestlé® Pure Life® bottled water products, schools can earn points toward these healthfocused
rewards. Any one person can be a Go Play! Champion for his/her school - a parent, teacher,
administrator or any volunteer 18 years of age or older.
How does the Go Play! program work?
First, a school must be registered by January 30, 2009. This can only be done online at www.goplaylabels.com.
The person who registers the school becomes the Go Play! Champion and will receive a Welcome Kit that includes
an Official Go Play! Label Collection Bin, Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes, Official
Redemption Affidavits, Go Play! Informational Posters and a set of full Official Rules. The Go Play! Champion will
be the main point person for the school's participation in the program: coordinating where to set up the Official Go
Play! Label Collection Bin at the school; handling the submission of labels; and redeeming points for the school at
the end of the program. Labels from any Nestlé® Pure Life® product bottle (Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water,
Nestlé® Pure Life® Natural Fruit Flavored Water Beverages and Nestlé® Pure Life® Green Tea Refreshers) can be
collected. The last day to mail in labels is March 2, 2009 (final postmark date). Labels must be received by March
6, 2009. Points are earned when we verify the number of labels that have been submitted for your school and can
be redeemed at any time from April 1, 2009 – June 1, 2009.
What are the key Go Play! program dates for the 2008/2009 school year?
Registration:
Schools can register beginning August 1, 2008. January 30, 2009 is the last day schools can register for the program.
Label Collection:
Champions from registered schools can collect and send in their labels from August 1, 2008 until March 2, 2009.
All labels must be postmarked by March 2, 2009 and received by March 6, 2009 in order to be counted.
Redemption:
Registered schools can redeem their points online from April 1, 2009 through June 1, 2009.
Point totals as of March 31, 2009 are final and cannot be adjusted for any reason.
When does the Go Play! program end?
All labels must be mailed in by March 2, 2009. That is the final postmark date. Any
submissions postmarked after March 2, 2009 will not be counted. Schools will have from
April 1, 2009 – June 1, 2009 to redeem their Go Play! points.
Do the points expire?
Yes. After June 1, 2009 all unredeemed points will be lost.
How long can schools collect labels?
Labels can be collected through March 2, 2009. The last day to mail in labels is March 2, 2009 (final postmark
date). Labels must be received by March 6, 2009.
What is the value of each label?
Each Nestlé® Pure Life® label is worth TWO (2) Go Play! points and each school has the opportunity to earn up to 1,000,000 points.
How are my school's earnings tracked?
Registered schools must submit their labels in the Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes with a
completed Official Redemption Affidavit in each envelope. Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes
and Official Redemption Affidavits are provided with the Welcome Kit. When the package is received by us, it is
checked for labels and a completed Official Redemption Affidavit. If these are in order, the points are tallied by an
independent judging agency and compared against Official Redemption Affidavit totals. The agency will update
each school's Go Play! points total on the Go Play! Web site, and the Go Play! Champions can log on to see what
their latest total is. Allow for up to 4 weeks from the time the labels are mailed in to see the updated tally.
What is Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water?

Who is eligible to participate?
Any public, private or parochial school in the U.S. with any grades from K-8 can enroll in the Go Play! program.
How can my school participate?
Join the Go Play! program by registering your eligible school online at www.goplaylabels.com. All schools must be
registered by January 30, 2009 to participate in the Go Play! program.
What is the role of a Champion?
The person who registers a school becomes that school's Go Play! Champion and is the main point person for that
school's participation in the program. He/She will coordinate where to set up the Official Go Play! Label Collection
Bin at the school, handle the submission of labels and redeem points for the school at the end of the program.
He/She will also make sure that school's information is updated if necessary, and will contact Go Play! if there are
questions or additional Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes are needed.
The Go Play! Champion will receive a Welcome Kit after registering that includes an Official Go Play! Label
Collection Bin, Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes, Official Redemption Affidavits, Go Play!
Informational Posters and a set of full Official Rules. He/She is the person who will make Go Play! a success for
their registered school. Go Play! Champions raise the awareness of the program by placing posters in the right
places and getting people involved. They may post updates in the school newsletter,
or work with the school administration to ensure the Official Go Play! Label
Collection Bin is put in the best location in the school. They may also solicit help
from the community and organizations, such as the PTA and PTO, to make sure
their registered school earns the most Go Play! points possible.
How do I know if my school is already registered?
To find out if your school is registered, go to "Find a School," and you will be prompted to search for your school.
How do I update my school's information?
If you see an error in your school's information, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link. If you are the Go
Play! Champion and need to update your personal information, or transfer your championship to another person,
you can do that in the "Manage Account" section.
How do I get my school involved?
Click here to register your school in the Go Play! rewards program.
How does a school earn Go Play! points?
Registered schools earn Go Play! points by submitting their Nestlé® Pure Life® product labels in the Official
2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes received with the Welcome Kit, along with a completed Official
Redemption Affidavit for each envelope submitted. Official Redemption Affidavits are provided with the Welcome
Kit. Only whole, intact, individual bottle labels are eligible for submission, not the outer wrappers from multi-packs.
Each eligible label is worth TWO (2) Go Play! points.
My school's Official Go Play! Label Collection Bin is full of Nestlé® Pure Life® labels. Can I send it in and get a new Official Go Play! Label Collection Bin?
No! Please don't use the Official Go Play! Label Collection Bin to send in your labels. Your school's Champion will
use the Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes received with the Welcome Kit. Each Welcome Kit
has TEN (10) Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes. Your Go Play! Champion can request more
online during the program in the "Manage Account" section of the Web site if they run out. Allow 2-4 weeks for
delivery.
Can I mail labels in a "nonofficial" envelope or box?
No! Only labels sent in the Official 2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes received with the Welcome Kit
and with a completed Official Redemption Affidavit will be credited toward a school's points tally. Labels submitted
in something else will be counted as not more than FIFTY (50) points, regardless of how many labels are actually
submitted. Labels submitted incorrectly will not be returned.
When do we find out how many Go Play! points we earned?
You can view your school's points online by logging on to your school's account. Points will be updated approximately every TEN (10) days.

How long does our school have to redeem the points?
Schools have from April 1, 2009 - June 1, 2009 to redeem their Go Play! points. After the June 1, 2009 deadline, all
points will be forfeited. Points can only be redeemed once from each of Sponsor's participating reward suppliers
(America's Athletic Source and Field Trip Factory®).
What can a school get with Go Play! points?
Go Play! points can be used toward indoor and outdoor sports gear from America's Athletic Source, LLC, and
toward transportation costs for educational field trip experiences from the Field Trip Factory® (trips not available in
Hawaii).
America's Athletic Source, LLC, www.americasathletic.com, is a direct supplier of sporting goods such as
basketballs, soccer balls and playground products.
Field Trip Factory® develops and manages experience-based, hands-on educational programs that bring
learning to life and help turn communities into classrooms. Their field trips meet learning standards, are free to
educators and offer children valuable life-skill lessons in real-life environments by reinforcing classroom
lessons on a wide range of topics. For more information about the field trips, please visit
www.fieldtripfactory.com or call 800-987-6409.
My children attend different schools. Can I be a Champion for multiple schools?
Yes! You can sign up as a Go Play! Champion for more than one school. When representing multiple schools, be
sure to double check that the labels are submitted with the corresponding Official Redemption Affidavit and Official
2008/2009 Go Play! Pre-paid mailing envelopes for that school to ensure the points are awarded to the correct
school.
I have relatives in other states. Can they support the program?
Absolutely! Tell them to drink Nestlé® Pure Life® products and mail you the labels. Then have your kids drop off the
labels in the Official Go Play! Label Collection Bin at their school. Get the whole family to join the Go Play!
movement! You can also e-mail your friends and family with our "Tell Friends" feature, located in the Champions
and Schools sections of the Web site.
How do I spread the word?
You can tell friends and family to drink Nestlé® Pure Life® products and to start saving their labels from the bottles.
They can give those labels to you or to any student who attends a registered school. You can also use the
easy "Tell Friends" feature, located in the Champions and Schools sections of the Web
site. Finally, check out our "Tools for Success" page to find great ideas and resources to
promote the Go Play! program in your school and community!
What are some ideas to develop a label campaign drive?
Check out our label "Collection Ideas" page for great ideas on how to collect a lot of labels.
